As propostas devem centrar-se neste eixo de atua\u00e7\u00e3o ao promover o envolvimento dos alunos na experi\u00eancia democr\u00e1tica, nos princ\u00edpios da representa\u00e7\u00e3o e da constru\u00e7\u00e3o de projetos para o bem comum.
